Susan and Lynn spent Thursday 7 April 2016 with three ladies from the Chilomoni group - Ida, Violet and Chisomo - and two of the tailors, Annette and Constance. The third tailor, Susan, wasn't well enough to come. We split into two groups and Susan taught them how to make a tie and Lynn taught them how to make a patchwork flower bag. We then showed several other product ideas before swapping over and showing the other group. We were in the old church building where they meet along with sparrows flying around! They enjoyed the day and said they had learnt some new things. Unfortunately, several of their sewing machines are broken and we will have to try to see what we can do about that.
