On 4th June 2014 Chifundo took part in the West Cheshire College Summer Fashion Show.  Seven ladies and a gentleman modelled clothes that been upcycled with fabrics from Malawi and showed accessories that had been made with Malawian fabrics.  The models were very professional and were much appreciated by the audience.  A commentary about Malawi and about sustainable fashion, together with African music went alongside the clothes being shown on the catwalk.

Clothing, bags, jewellery and other products were on sale after the show.  £462 was raised which will go towards funding places for women on the Tailoring Course in Malawi.
