We raised £ 2,800 -  enough for a four year University Scholarship in Malawi. Thank you very much to those who supported the concert and helped to make it such a successful evening. It was a great event enjoyed by all who were there.  Both the choirs were excellent and their programmes complemented each other well. Together with Chester Soroptimists WE HAVE MADE THE TARGET OF £ 2,800 which will pay for a 4 year scholarship for the SOKO Fund.  This is far more than we dared hope for and everyone worked really hard to both to promote the event and to help on the evening.
